The front of the taper of the RIO Smallmouth Bass Fly Line is a medium-length and powerful taper that helps cast larger bass flies, loads close and stays accurate, while the long back taper keeps loops stable on long casts. The extended diameter running line anchors the fly line on boat floors better and resists twisting of uncasted line. It also helps the running line float higher - great for wading anglers.
