These 12' fluorocarbon fly fishing leaders are designed with butt diameters and tapers that are adapted per each size to match common flies for each.  Lighter sizes of these longer fluorocarbon fly fishing leaders are great for trout fly fishing while the larger sizes work well both in freshwater and saltwater fly fishing when fish get spooky and leader shy.
