While we were picking out flies for smallies on the Milwaukee river the young lady that helped me got my grandson involved and asked him to pick out the fly that he was most drawn to. He loved this and I loved getting him involved in the process. I could see that she had a passion for fly fishing and had a great way to make it a family trip. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Flies for all regions and types of fishing in Wisconsin. Don't be afraid to come on by and have them help you find a rod and reel to get you fishing. I don't believe you could go wrong with any lower-priced rod they offer such as the ECHOS. The Lift and carbon XL are both fantastic rods. I currently fish a Carbon XL and absolutely love it I also have a Lift that I also love. Great selection of reels also. Take advantage of all the water around the Milwaukee area.
P.S. I put my smallie fly on a rock to take a picture of them just cause it seemed more fun and less boring.

Been going here for years so figured it was time to write a review. This place is so rad. All the gear and knowledge to get you on any species you desire. Fun group of guys and girls that give you time of day and share spots and favorite flies for a good afternoon of DYI and also stoking that salt water passion. Cheers y’all.
