BWO are the initials for Blue Wing Olives, an incredibly important mayfly species that trout love to eat. BWO's are also known as baetis and these tiny mayflies can hatch in the fall, winter and spring. Blue Wing Olive patterns are colored from pale olive to dark olive and this assortment covers the most important sizes, patterns and colors that represent BWO dry flies just about everywhere.
