ZeroSweep 2 Ledges 500 Waist Packs are big enough to fit what you need without being overly cumbersome or just too much.  The main zippered compartment can hold up to 4 standard fly boxes while the stretch mesh pockets on the front allow nice spots for small accessories like fly fishing leaders.  An integrated net slot and hemostat sheath make for great little bonus features as well.  The back panel is nicely padded and stiff for all day comfort and easy rotation.
