The reason we stock the EP Floating Crab is as a permit crab fly for Belcampo Lodge in Belize where permit will take a floating crab pattern. Even if you're not heading to Belcampo though have one or two of these great flies in your fly box for permit you find up in the water column. Imagine that, dry flies for permit. On occasion it does work!
