SLF Saltwater Dubbing from Wapsi Fly is a blend of synthetic fibers that come in a good assortment of colors for many of your favorite types of saltwater flies from shrimp and crabs to baitfish. Don't let the name mislead you however. SLF Saltwater Dubbing is equally at home at the freshwater fly tiers vise. The softshell color is perfect for tying saltwater crayfish patterns for bass and trout and many baitfish trout and bass patterns can be tied with this dubbing as well. The fluorescent colors can be used as a seal substitute for salmon and steelhead patterns too. This is a translucent and tough dubbing fiber. We like spinning it in a dubbing loop for easy dubbing.
