Umpqua's Dream Stream Plus Dubbing Loop Spinner is easy to use and invaluable for creating all kinds of dubbing loops and dubbed bodies. All you do is create a thread loop (I like to add a little tying wax to one side), insert the dubbing loop tool spinner inside the loop bottom, attach the dubbing on one side of the thread inside the loop and then hold the bottom of the tool and spin it to for your dubbing loop.
