Love 'em or hate 'em, squirmy/wormy fly patterns, and this one, The Worm Farm is devastatingly effective on trout streams.  It is designed with a CDC collar for extra movement, and tied on a barbless jig hook with a tungsten bead to create the ultimate squirmy worm pattern. This is a great Euro Nymph pattern too.
