Available in three sizes, the Howitzer is a soft foam popper head that is tied with an articulated body like the Fish Skull Articulated Spines or Fish Skull Articulated Shanks. It imitates a struggling baitfish at the surface. The Howitzer hangs at a 45 degree angle offering predatory fish a great profile with great action. The heads are designed with a recess so the body tucks in seamlessly.
