Winston GVX-Select Fly Rod

New for 2013,Winston improves on the already impressive GVX fly rod with the GVX-Select. GVX stands for graphite, versatile, fast-action. This series of Montana-built fly rods are super smooth casters thanks to their progressive fast-action and sensitive, lightweight 100% graphite rod blank. Winston builds the GVX-Select series of fly rods with the same tapers as their ultra high performance Boron rods. The lighter sized rods are incredible for trout fishing from gently dropping dries to risers to hucking light streamers and nymph rigs. The larger sizes make great bass fishing tools and are well-suited for tossing streamers out of a drift boat. Even bonefish and redfish aren’t safe from the 8 weight.
